For the cookie dough:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup sugar

- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

For the “Blue Vanilla Gem” glaze:
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp milk or cream
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 drops blue food coloring (or butterfly pea flower extract for natural color)
🌞 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the honey and mix until smooth.
- Beat in the egg, vanilla, and almond extract until the mixture glows with sweetness.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Slowly mix into the wet ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Roll out the dough to about ¼ inch thick.
- If you have a waffle iron, gently press the dough between wax paper in the warm (not hot) iron for a few seconds to imprint a light waffle texture.
- Or, use a textured rolling pin to mimic his cloak pattern.
- Cut the dough into rounds or robe-like shapes (you can even make star shapes to match his aura ✨).
- Place cookies on the sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are slightly golden. Let cool completely.
💎 Blue Vanilla Glaze:
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add blue coloring and stir until it looks like the glow of his Soul Jam.
- Using a spoon or piping bag, add a small gem-like drop to the center of each cooled cookie.
- Optional: Dust with edible shimmer powder or pearl dust to make them shine like healing light.
